I LOVE this diet! I don't feel like I'm even dieting at all... all the meat I want, and tons of fresh fruit for most meals. The meals taste great and give me plenty of energy during my workouts! Recommend!!!

This is a well thought out plan!!! It sounds like it'll be a challenge to keep up with but I am definitely looking forward to reaping the benefits!
